The guest of honor of the said event was Atty. Jocelle Batapa-Sigue, a practicing lawyer, a human rights advocate, one of the city's councilor and the present President of the Girl Scout of the Philippines.
Her talk was very inspiring and encouraging, for the new girl scouts and the parents. She emphasized what a Girl Scout is about and that abiding by the girl scout law is a lifetime process.
