Just copied this from Chloe's facebook posting:    Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 3:04pm

My DANCING LIFE. :)) ♥ -I can say its a story for me. :D

This note might be a little long to read. but I wrote it nicely with all my heart appreciating my Passion in dancing and thanking Everyone I knew that helped me Love my skills in dancing. <3

I started dancing when I was 5 years old. I was maybe prep that that time(???)
it all started when we had cheer dances in my school, L'ecole.
When mom recognized how good I was, she took me to a ballet school. Which was MMB.
At that time MMB was still in front of Lopues San Sebastian.

At my first day in MMB, I met so many new friends with the same age as me. They we're all pretty and cute, hehe. They love to play around. Horsing, roaming around our studio every break time. Laughing at each other, every time there's a mistake, haha. And the most that I loved in MMB was the teacher. She was so nice. We can understand what she says easily. and we learned so much in just a day, hehe. But when I was at first grade, I stopped dancing in MMB. Well it made me feel bad for a while.

When I started studying in CSA-B (Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod) Year 2005. I liked the school. Because they have so many programs that includes dance (Literary-Musical Contest, Intramurals, Nutrition Month, etc.) Every time there's a Literary Musical Contest, I always become a participant in Pop Dance and Folk Dance/Native Dances. at the school Year 2005-2006 I was joining in Pop Dance. with the song Gasolina , I'm not sure of the title but the song mostly has the word Gasolina in it. Anyways we didn't win. we were just 3rd place. But although we did our best, we are still winners in our hearts.

At the time when I was at second Grade/Grade 2, 3 and 4, I was a participant in Folk Dance.
Second grade we had the award of 2nd place. Third grade, I don't remember. Maybe 2nd or third.
4th grade we were 2nd place. But Still.. We were proud of ourselves for doing our best to dance at the center of the stage.<3

5th Grade I started participating in Pop Dance again and enjoyed with the two dance teachers which taught us our dance obviously. hehe. we won 2nd prize but still grade 5 was the over-all champ!

At 3rd Grade, I went back dancing in MMB. When it was already at Lacson street with a bigger and better studio. At that time I was at beginners 1. I was scared at my first day. It was a saturday during my first day, I felt so nervous going inside the studio at the second floor. When I came in, I placed my small bag beside the door. And Saw bars, a wide mirror and Little Girls playing around, running, laughing and talking to each other while waiting for the teacher. And me, I sat beside the bathroom door wondering when will the teacher come and who will be the teacher? 10 minutes after my arrival I saw a guy go inside. I looked at him and thinked if he was the teacher. well he was. He introduced himself to us saying "call me tito Melvin". before we started, I took my bag and said."tito Melvin, dali lang gd."
I ran fastly out of the door almost wanting to cry. why? I was SCARED... I told my mom, I won't dance, I won't dance.. I'll start dancing on Thursday please?

I got scared of telling my mom, the teacher is a guy.. hahaha. LOL sorry about it tito Melv. :)
When Thursday came. I went to MMB from school with my mom, still feeling a bit nervous.
But after I knew the teacher was a girl, my nervousness flew away, haha. Then Mom went to the teacher saying."hi doc, Chloe used to be your student before" with a big smile. :)) Then I realized she was a doctor. I was amazed knowing she was a doctor and a dance teacher at the same time..

Before the class started, I saw some girls playing. Some were younger than me and some were older.
One of them came to me and said "Hi, I'm Hannah" with a big smile in her face. Of course I introduced myself too. hehe. Then our teacher said that we will start the class, Hannah reached for one of the bars, and so I followed her. The teacher introduced herself to us saying her name is Tita Anne
we were all smiling and saying "Hello, Tita Anne." then, we all started warming up. :) with stretches.
I smiled and said to myself, "ooh. this isn't bad at all." laughing silently as I follow Tita Anne's Movements. also I met a super cool teacher named Faye. calling her as "Manang Faye"

After that. I attended class on saturday and realized, Tito Melvin is such a great teacher. He wasn't even bad at all. :D

I continued dancing until now.. we also took summer dance workshops in MMB.
this summer I started to learn Jazz, with Manong NJ and SIR Joeluz teaching. I had so much fun joining and I met new friends. I also saw my friend in school, Cheska Gutierrez, Joined in dancing too. She was the one giving out her humor to my friend Cheska Bacusa and me. and us giving out all our laughter to her. haha.

we had recitals. I just went through two recitals and I also went two levels known as Beginners 2 and 3.

This school year. me and my beginners 3 classmates have now started with dancing on points.
Yes, it was all our dream to wear it. But then, we all came out with hurt feet and toes. That all made us laugh for being to exited to get our feet with"booboos". As Tita Anne asks us, "excited na kamo mag toe shoes? excited na kamo mag kala-pilas ang mga tiil niyo?" sometimes, we say yes, other say no.. Me, well, I don't say a word, LOL!

well today we are enjoying the year of dances and success of our lives on having the passion to dance.
So? Do you have your passion? If you have it, ENJOY it and LOVE it.

:) Today I'm in 6th grade. and I'm joining the nutridance this July 30th in school. Goodluck to me and dancers! :)
